How is my car transported between cities?

On a dedicated multi-car carrier: the car is driven up the ramps, strapped at the wheels, and stays on the same carrier to destination. We do not drive customer cars between cities as a matter of policy.

What documents do I need to transport my car?

Keep the RC copy, insurance copy and a photo ID handy; for interstate moves the carrier documentation is handled by us. The owner (or an authorised person with a signed letter) should be present at pickup and delivery for the condition reports.

Can I keep personal items inside the car?

We recommend against it: loose items are not covered by transit insurance and add weight liability. Removable accessories (chargers, documents, toll tags) should come out before pickup — the condition report notes what's left inside.

How long does car transport from NCR to Mumbai or Bengaluru take?

Car carriers on the NCR–Mumbai corridor typically deliver in 3–5 days and NCR–Bengaluru in 5–7 days, as carriers run consolidation routes. You get a stated window at booking and coordinator updates en route.
