How does household storage actually work?

We pack and collect like a normal move, inventory every box, seal and store your goods, then re-deliver when you call. You can retrieve specific boxes mid-term against the inventory list.

What can't be stored?

Perishables, liquids that can leak, flammables, documents of title, cash/jewellery and anything illegal. Clothes, books, furniture, appliances and kitchenware are the standard profile — we'll flag edge cases at survey.

How are storage charges calculated?

By measured volume per month, stated in writing before pickup. There are no hidden 'handling' discoveries later — in/out handling and monthly storage are separate, named lines you approve first.

Is my stuff insured while in storage?

Storage cover is distinct from transit insurance and is offered as an option with written terms — scope, exclusions and claims process documented before you sign.
